Where do you want to go today?

I’m trying to decide where I want to live. So far, I don’t have any towns, but I do have some requirements. If you can think of someplace that meets all these, let me know. Thanks.

Reasonable cost-of-living.
Less than one hour from Manhattan – preferably much less.
Less than one hour from the ocean – preferably much less.
Safe.
Diverse.
Streetlights, sidewalks, city sewers.
Cable modems.
Yards.
Walking distance to public transportation and a place to buy milk.
Near friends and family.
