In my latest article for Derm Times, I gave dermatologists 10 tips to improve their writing.

In addition to thinking that everyone should be in therapy (a tip I offered in the New York Times) I think there are several other things we all need to improve.

  1. Hugs
  2. Conversation
  3. Hydration
  4. Sleep
  5. Movement
  6. Mindfulness
  7. Reading
  8. Writing.

Go check out that article for easy ways to fix up that last one. For the others? Get a big water bottle, download Headspace – and, apart from that app, let’s just all put down our phones more, shall we?
