I’ve had a rotten experience with a contractor, I’ve got a slowly healing sprained ankle, and I’ve been frustrated with myself, too. But stewing never made anything better.

Except for, well, stew, I guess.

But it’s July; I’m not making stew. And I haven’t been making anything better, either; not by being grouchy about it. So the goal is to fix these situations, yes, but a big part of fixing them is going at them with positivity.

Health isn’t just whether you have a cold or how fast you can run a mile. Health is keeping perspective and keeping gratitude and keeping an appreciation for what really matters.

Maybe health, like so many other things, is all in your head.
