Here’s a realization that may or may not be startling: “working out” shouldn’t have to get its own little block in your day.

Exercise is the natural condition. Being sedentary is the abnormal situation. 

This is one of the biggest problems with health in the developing world.We’ve made the abnormal normal, and we’re making ourselves suffer with our daily lives.

We worry about stress like deadlines, arguments, road rage or life changes, but the stress we should be really worried about is the stress of a normal, “un-stressed-out” modern day – sitting through a commute, sitting a work day, sitting and watching a screen.
