The violin’s my favorite instrument. It seems to have more emotion, somehow. I had a (very ) brief dalliance trying to play it, but sadly, while not much sounds better than a well-played violin, not much sounds more squawky and shrieky and generally horrific than a badly played one.
Anyway, between my loves of the violin and travel in general, it’s no wonder that the latest by Soultravelers3 put a lump in my throat. I’m a mush like that. I guess I just hope that someday I can do something like this for my own family.
